We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey from product discovery to purchase. This role requires a blend of technical skills, marketing savvy, and a passion for online retail.Key Responsibilities:Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website(s) on platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle on the website, including product uploads, descriptions, categorization, and inventory management. Ensure all product information is accurate, compelling, and up-to-date.Website Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales.Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage online promotions, sales campaigns, and email marketing efforts. Ensure all promotional assets are correctly displayed and functioning.SEO: Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc., to generate regular reports on e-commerce performance. Present findings and recommendations to management.Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and reviews. Work with the customer service team to resolve e-commerce-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels are reflected on the website and that orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently.Market Research: Stay current with e-commerce trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.3 years of experience in an e-commerce role, preferably managing a store.Proven track record of driving online sales and improving key e-commerce metrics.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Experience with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
