Who We’re Looking ForThe Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Laborie’s products, services, and events. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across email and web.

We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering measurable results. Your ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally, and demonstrate resilience and positivity when faced with shifting priorities will be essential in this role. About The RoleThe Digital Marketing Specialist will create compelling content and track and analyze digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads. Responsibilities will include: Digital Marketing ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute email campaigns that support lead generation, product launches, and event promotion, such as educational webinars and live courses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and website traffic. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand standards. Manage Laborie’s websites, including front end maintenance and development with timely updates, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements. Use marketing automation tools (e. g. , HubSpot) by creating workflows, landing pages, dashboards and managing administrative functions to enable team success. General ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and proofread compelling copy for promotional materials in digital campaigns.

Manage marketing processes and procedures for consistency and standardization, including GDPR regulations for data privacy and regulatory, clinical, and legal compliance. Manage administrative functions and provide training on key digital marketing platforms to educate and empower team members. Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across digital channels. Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and website management.

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Canva, Asana, WordPress, and HubSpot Marketing Hub. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
