If you can bring stories to life through motion, immersive design, and cutting-edge digital skills, this role is for you. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across online, mobile, and social media platforms, and confident using AI tools to support productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations.Contribute to ideation and campaign development with fresh, visual thinking.Create and optimise 3D models, environments, and animations.Collaborate closely with creative and development teams.Work across the full project lifecycle: concept, design, build, delivery.Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (required) 3D Software: Blender (preferred), Substance Painter/ Mari 3D capabilities including modelling, retopology, UV unwrapping, basic rigging and animation Typography, layout, grid systems, and colour theory Understanding of web and social platforms High attention to detail and quality controlBonus Skills (Advantageous) Unity or Unreal Engine Javascript / Three.js GLB / GLTF file optimisation AR experience Experience creating content for AR/VR platformsRequirementsMinimum 6 years of relevant motion design experienceSome degree of 3D animation and design abilityPrevious experience in an advertising or digital design environmentFamiliarity with the demands of digital content and campaign rolloutsStrong creative portfolio and motion design showreelOwn transportApplication DetailsPlease share: Your CV A link to your showreel (mandatory – applications without a showreel will not be considered) Contact details of three direct line managers for referencesRoleAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
