Job overview: Lead or participate in new projects or ongoing enhancements of digital platforms across all regions.The Digital Platform Senior Manager will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of MCM’s global digital platforms—including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Service/Data Cloud. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless and innovative digital experiences that strengthen MCM’s brand presence and drive operational excellence globally.Responsibilities and duties:Lead the coordination and communication across developers, vendors, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of releases.Own and manage the roadmap for the salesforce platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud), driving enhancements and ensuring seamless integration with OMS, ecommerce, and enterprise systems.Manage and prioritize the product backlog and technical enhancements across regions, ensuring alignment with global business goals and local market needs.Define clear product requirements and user stories based on input from stakeholders, regional teams, and customer data insights.Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business units to align expectations, project timelines, and solution approaches.Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language to drive informed decision-making among stakeholders.Ensure operational performance, system reliability, and support across digital platforms including SFCC and Service/Data Cloud.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging user feedback, analytics, and incident reports to identify areas of enhancement.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution for global and regional projects.Maintain clear documentation of workflows, configurations, processes, and system changes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital platform performance.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the customer experience and drive sales through improved product presentation.What we’re looking for:BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.10+ years of experience working in eCommerce, specifically a technical or support engineer role within eCommerce.Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Products.Experience with project management as it pertains to software development.Experience using JIRA and Confluence.Understanding and experience with Agile methodologiesCapable of understanding project-level content as well as executive-level strategic thinkingAbility to understand and articulate technical issues and processes with various stakeholders.Structured and thorough, demonstrating good organizational skills.Familiarity with Salesforce products such as SFCC, SOM, Data Cloud.Flexible working hour due to working with global team.Fluency in both Korean and English.
