About the RoleWe’re looking for aDigital Product Managerwho thrives at the intersection ofe-commerce, CRM, and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our online platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce) and enhancing our internal CRM system to drive bothB2C and B2Bgrowth.In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and tech teams to deliver seamless, data-driven digital experiences that engage customers and accelerate sales performance.What You’ll DoLead digital product initiatives across oure-commerce platformandCRM ecosystem.Optimize website user experience, checkout flow, and product listings to maximize conversions.Support product launches, campaigns, and pricing strategies in alignment with GTM plans.Partner with developers to enhance CRM functionality for both consumer and business customers.Monitor and analyze key metrics (sales, engagement, conversion, retention) to drive improvements.Conductmarket research, identify trends, and benchmark competitors to refine our digital strategy.Create product documentation, requirements, and process flow diagrams.Manage projects and timelines usingJira,Trello, orAsana.What You’ll Bring5+ yearsof experience inproduct management,e-commerce, ordigital platforms.Hands-on experience withWordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar systems.Strong understanding ofCRM workflowsand customer engagement strategies.Knowledge ofUX/UI design principles, wireframing, and A/B testing.Analytical mindset with experience usingGoogle Analytics,Excel, andFigma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.Proficiency inEnglish and Mandarin(reading, writing, speaking).Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
