Providing a unique blend of rustic charm and modern conveniences and ensuring an unforgettable escape for families seeking an immersive farm stay experience.We are growing, ambitious and on our way to B Corp certification.To help shape and deliver the strategy, roadmap and feature development for our websites and digital products, we are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Digital Product Manager. Role OverviewReporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will play a key role in defining priorities and driving execution across digital initiatives. While final strategic decisions sit with the Group Marketing Director, you will be responsible for building recommendations, managing delivery, and ensuring our digital platforms create measurable value for both guests and the business.You will act as the bridge between marketing, operations, technology, and UX partners -translating business needs into clear product requirements and guiding ideas through to launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Roadmap SupportSupport the development of digital product strategy aligned with commercial and brand objectives.Build and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap for websites and digital services.Identify opportunities to improve guest journey, booking flow, upsell, and engagement.Provide recommendations to the Group Marketing Director for prioritization and investment decisions.2. Feature Definition & DeliveryTranslate business and marketing requirements into detailed product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with UX designers to refine wireframes and prototypes.Collaborate with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and to specification.Support sprint planning and agile ceremonies where relevant.3. Guest Experience & OptimizationChampion a customer-first mindset across digital touchpoints.Monitor website performance, booking conversion, engagement metrics, and user behaviour.Identify friction points in the guest journey and propose improvements.Support A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimise performance.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the day-to-day liaison between marketing, operations, external agencies, and technical teams.Ensure alignment between brand campaigns and digital execution.Balance business priorities with technical feasibility and UX best practice.Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and delivery timelines.5. Performance & ReportingDefine success metrics for key initiatives.Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, revenue contribution, and customer engagement.Provide regular updates and insight reports to the Group Marketing Director. Required Qualifications & Experience2–4 years’ experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or website management.Experience working on websites, booking journeys, or digital customer experiences.Exposure to agile delivery environments.Experience in hospitality, leisure, travel, or consumer-facing businesses is highly desirable.Fluency in English and preferably Dutch Key CompetenciesStrong organisational and prioritisation skills.Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue drivers.Comfortable working with data and analytics tools.Clear and confident communicator.Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused. What Success Looks LikeA well-maintained, clearly communicated digital roadmap.Improvements in online booking conversion and guest engagement.Smooth cross-functional delivery of digital initiatives.Strong partnership with the Group Marketing Director and wider leadership team.Measurable contribution of digital channels to revenue growth. Why join us?Be part of a high-growth scale-up shaping the future of guest experiences.Work closely with senior leadership and influence digital direction.This is a new role, offering you the unique opportunity to shape it and, over time, grow into a more senior product role as the business scales.Make a tangible impact on both brand experience and commercial performance. If this role sounds like the right fit for you, we warmly invite you to apply.
