Senior Product Developer

We are hiring! Our team is growing and we are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Design&Product team in Amsterdam HQ The Brand:Tenue. is Amsterdam based brand, full rooted in Denim, but bridges classic and contemporary workwear.We believe in garments that are created in an honest way with a transparent supply chain with a low impact to the world we live in.We would like people to buy less and to buy better, and with so much stuff out there, we want Tenue. clothing to be loved and worn every day.The Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our Product team in Amsterdam and lead the development process from proto stage to bulk production.In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Product, Design team and suppliers to ensure products meet our design vision, quality standards and commercial targets.Key responsibilities:·     Managing the product development process from proto to production·     Leading fittings together with Design and improving fit and construction·     Daily communication with suppliers regarding development, fabrics and trims·     Evaluating samples, lab dips and strike-offs·     Managing size specifications, grading and core blocks·     Monitoring development timelines and PD calendars·     Overseeing product quality, construction and technical standards·     Supporting costing processes and key product meetings·     Training and supporting Junior Product Developers and internsRequirements:·     5+ years of experience as a (Senior) Product Developer·     Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit and grading·     Excellent organisational skills·     Good eye for detail·     Good communication skills·     Good command of written & spoken English·     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment·     Hands on mentality·     Ability to manage multiple development stages and deadlinesWhat we offer:·     A very diverse and creative position in our Amsterdam HQ·     Plenty of room for personal and professional development in a fast growing company·     A competitive salary·     Working in a team where every individual is valued·     A work environment that offers room for fun, inspiration and innovation Would you like to join us in our inspiring journey?Please send an e-mail to alena@tenuejeans.com with your resume
