Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager (Contractor – Remote)Location: REMOTE - 100% WORK FROM HOMEType: Full-Time, Contractor (40 hours/week)Schedule: 11 AM – 8 PM Eastern Time (ET)Compensation: Base rate + 1% revenue commission after probation. During the probationary period (first 2 months), compensation will be 85% of the base rate and commission. We provide flexible stays for professionals, families, and traveling teams who want the comfort of home with the reliability of professional hospitalityRole OverviewThe Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our online presence and community engagement. This position focuses on building brand trust, increasing followers, and creating a cohesive visual and content identity across all social channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, someone who can develop a consistent posting rhythm, produce engaging content, and use data to continuously optimize performanceYou’ll also support our rental marketing presence through administrative tasks on listing platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook MarketplaceKey ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution (70%)Develop and execute a multichannel social media strategy across Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTokCreate and publish engaging, brand-aligned content: including graphics, short-form videos, and captionsMaintain a consistent posting calendar that reflects the company’s tone and valuesEngage with followers, monitor trends, and grow community presence organically, with light paid promotions as neededAnalyze performance data (reach, engagement, follower growth) and create actionable insights to improve future resultsAdmin & Listing Support (30%)Post, update, and maintain property listings on Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook MarketplaceRespond promptly and professionally to guest or tenant inquiries received through these platforms to provide accurate information and drive qualified leadsEnsure all property information, photos, and descriptions are accurate and aligned with brand standardsTrack engagement and communicate common questions or feedback to the marketing and operations teams to improve listings and guest experienceSuccess in This Role Means:Establishing consistent posting across all social platforms (4–5 posts/week minimum)Achieving measurable follower growth and engagement rate improvements within 3 monthsMaintaining all listings with up-to-date, accurate informationProviding prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries across all platformsGenerating insights and recommendations from monthly performance reportsRequirements1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably with proven success managing social channelsStrong understanding of social media platforms, audience growth, and engagement strategiesExcellent English communication skills: both written and verbal (required for managing guest inquiries and creating content)Proficiency with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Google Suite).Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Apartment.com, etc.)Strong copywriting and short-form video editing skillsAbility to interpret analytics and create data-driven plansReal estate or hospitality marketing experience is a plusStrong logical thinking, problem-solving, and independent research skills, with the ability to learn quickly and propose new ideas or solutionsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be available to work the schedule during the U.S. East Coast hours (ET)What We OfferFully remote, flexible work environmentOpportunity to build a visible, lasting brand in the Boston hospitality and rental marketCreative autonomy and room to test new strategies and content ideasSupportive leadership that values initiative, consistency, and innovationHow to ApplyPlease send your resume, portfolio links (if available): social pages you’ve managed, sample posts, or campaigns), and a short paragraph about why you’d be a great fit to admin@thebostelle.comIf selected, you’ll move on to the second round, which includes a case study to showcase your creative and strategic thinking.
