Growth Strategy & CampaignsDesign and execute integrated marketing plans to drive growth for the Travel & Entertainment verticals Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and new technologies to refine growth strategies.Align all initiatives with Zalopay’s overall business and revenue objectives.2. Campaign Development & ExecutionLead cross-functional coordination (Product, Tech, Media, CRM, Creative) to plan and launch user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across paid, CRM, in-app, and social channels.Govern and optimize owned media performance (merchandising, EDM, in-app banners, messages) with strong process control and execution excellence.Ensure on-time, error-free, and high-quality delivery of both platform and customer marketing activities.3. Data-driven PerformanceMonitor funnel performance and run A/B tests to optimize efficiency.Track key KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.4. Partnerships & CollaborationsCollaborate internally across Growth, Product, and Business teams to maximize impact and synergy.Work closely with OTA merchants to execute co-branded campaigns.Requirements3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Growth within the tech industry, preferably with experience in the Travel or Entertainment sector.Strong understanding of user funnels, KPI management, and budget optimization.Data-driven mindset - proactive, analytical, and relentlessly focused on achieving growth targets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.Proven ability to delegate effectively, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure operational excellence under tight timelines.Problem-solving attitude - curious, persistent, and motivated by measurable results.
