We are looking for someone who can support social media, test our new solutions, and handle incoming DMs / chats.The ideal profile should have:• Application / platform testing background• Social media handling / digital communication• Data orientation (able to extract and interpret basic performance data, and support reporting)Brokerage / banking / call center background is a plus.
