About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide flexible and efficient administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, acting as the key contact for all process-related queries. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage core recruitment administration tasks such as job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and system updates.Handle more complex requests and support junior team members through training and buddying.Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and documentation (e.g., Operations Manual).Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and client policies.Collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.Provide first-line support for escalations and process updates.Contribute to process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost savings.Oversee work allocation and quality checks for other coordinators.Fully utilize recruitment technology and automation tools.Performance OutcomesHigh data accuracy and timely task completion.Strong stakeholder satisfaction and service level adherence.Effective use of digital tools and automation.Active contribution to team projects and continuous improvement.Skills and ExperienceBehavioural Skills:Growth mindset and adaptability to changeStrong communication and stakeholder partneringCritical thinking and prioritizationMentoring and knowledge sharingTechnical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systemsStrong data literacy and admin tech skillsExperience in recruitment administrationAbility to deliver training and write SOPs
