Digital Touchpoints Officer - Loyalty Program

Job PurposeThe SmartVIP operation role is responsible for SmartVIP portal management, push notification, SMS Text Composing, legal approval procedure and more on miscellaneous.In conclusion supporting & performing a variety of partnership and discount operation such as maintaining the lead documentation with the relevant department and external partner to complete the process of discount partnership.Job ResponsibilitiesPartnership ManagementOnboarding recruited partners to loyalty program. Purpose to partner for seasonal Campaign or eVoucher.Discuss with partners on the marketing campaigns and offers. Prepare partnership agreementsProvide training to partner on the user journey Marketing For PartnerBe the middleman to process all marketing related request from partners based on the agreement signed. Work on partnership re-launching.In charge of negotiation for seasonal campaign with partners. Collaborate with campaign team to execute seasonal campaign along with marketing team. SmartVIP PointsHandle stock distribution, delivery coordination, and support shops with any stock or merchandise operation.Plan merchandise needs and work with marketing on production.ReportingProvide regular reports to management on loyalty program performance, including Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, business information system, marketing or a related field is preferred.Experience in the following is preferred: digital transformation; product conceptualization and design; or marketing.Project management experience is preferredExcellent interpersonal skills; able to establish work relationships and communicate effectively with staff, at all levels including senior management.Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Excel) is preferred.Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written EnglishExcellent at producing and presenting concise presentations & reports.Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work effectively under pressure, quality-oriented.Experience in working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management and key professional staff cross-departmentally, to achieve successful outcomesBe the next Smart HeroJob Application[email protected]No. 464A Monivong Blvd, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh Cambodia.
