Reporting direct to the CDO, you’ll lead a cross-functional tribe of product managers, designers and engineers to:• Design and launch hyper-personalised features that drive 30%+ adoption lifts• Integrate cutting-edge fintech (open banking, AI credit scoring, one-tap payments)• Shape multi-year digital strategy while shipping in 4-week sprints• Deliver seamless, customer-obsessed journeys that crush NPS targetsThis is a Day 1 leadership role, no ramp-up, no training wheels. You’ll hit the ground running and own P&L impact from week one.Your Profile• 8–10+ years in digital banking / fintech product leadership (payments, cards, lending)• 3+ years running agile tribes or squads at progressive digital banks (e.g., Monzo, Revolut, Starling, Nubank, Wio, BBVA, ANZ Plus, CommBank)• Proven launches with measurable impact (e.g., “Grew mobile payments 40% in 12 months”)• Deep expertise in CX design, regulatory compliance (SCA, CBUAE) and data privacy• UAE/GCC experience a bonus – but we’ll relocate the right global talentSalary & Benefits• Up to AED 80k+/month (flex for proven superstars)• Discretionary bonus: 3–4 months• Full family package: visa, healthcare, international schooling, flights• Preferential banking rates + gratuity on 60% of salary• 2025/26 bonus bridge – we’ll look to compensate what you forfeit to join nowPlease apply today for immediate consideration.
