Digital Workplace Adoption Lead

As a part of the Digital workplace center of excellence, you will drive conglomerate-wide adoption of Digital Workplace / Productivity technologies. You will be a key enabler of the increased productivity of our employees WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE? The Adoption Leader will be responsible for driving adoption of Digital Workplace and Productivity solutions (utilizing the current workplace productivity tools) across JG Summit Be updated on the product roadmap and new features of the current workplace productivity tools. Identify which features will be relevant for our employees. Understand how other companies are using the industry workplace solutions. Identify opportunities for reapplication across JG Summit. Understand how our current solutions are being utilized. Determine adoption / usage baselines. Design and execute adoption programs, with the goal of increasing adoption / usage. The adoption program could involve training, communications, hands-on guidance for key activities. Deploy new features or execute incremental changes Support end user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert for the organization. WHO ARE YOU? You have a degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field or strong track record proving equivalent level of experience 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.) 3 years of experience driving service / solution adoption across medium to large enterprises Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal ITIL foundation certification is preferred Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, a team player Self-motivated, proactive, requires little supervisory attention.
