Digital Workplace System Engineer

What's On Offer:Contract: 12 months (Highly Renewable)Location: SingaporeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace (DWS) Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and optimise end-user computing and collaboration platforms. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on automation, endpoint management, identity solutions, and enhancing the employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver automation workflows to streamline endpoint, identity, and support processes.Manage and optimise endpoint and identity platforms (e.g. Intune, Kandji, Okta) with Zero Trust principles.Use analytics tools to predict and resolve user experience issues.Configure and enhance collaboration platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, ServiceNow).Provide L3 technical expertise, define standards, and mentor junior engineers.Requirements5+ years with automation, scripting (PowerShell), and data-driven IT solutions.Strong knowledge of endpoint management, IAM, and collaboration tools.Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and REST API integrations.Experience with Kandji and Nexthink.Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and Zero Trust.Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and VDI are a plus.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.EA License: 19S9816
