Department: Group Digital Workplace TechnologiesLocation: SofiaABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:As a Digital Workplace Technology Expert you will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class IT Support to our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the first level of support for problems related to end-user devices (laptops, peripherals, desk phones, mobile phones, etc.), office IT infrastructure (LAN, wireless, printers, etc.) and meeting rooms setup. You will play an important role in the daily upkeep of Coca-Cola Hellenic networks by finding solutions to problems as they occur. You will benefit from a highly dynamic and innovative environment.
