Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Planning Advisor, based in Oceanside, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Pre-Planning Advisor will assist families in making end-of-life arrangements in advance. Daily tasks include engaging with families in person and virtually to discuss their needs, creating personalized pre-planning solutions, and promoting the benefits of planning ahead. The role also involves maintaining records and providing support to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong business planning skillsExcellent communication skillsAnalytical skills for assessing family needs and planningAbility to build trust with families and provide compassionate guidanceProficiency with computer systems and databasesPrior experience in a similar role or in the funeral, cremation, or cemetery services industry is a plus
