The Diploma Trainee will undergo comprehensive training and work closely with experienced professionals to contribute to our production processes and overall operational efficiency.Safety And ComplianceAdhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Participate in safety drills and contribute to the development of a culture of safety within the plant.Training and Development:Participate in structured training programs covering various aspects of manufacturing processes.Attend workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to gain practical knowledge.Production Support:Assist in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.Report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor promptly.
