Direct Sales Agent (Deposit Mobilization)Our client, a CBN-licensed financial institution, is seeking passionate and self-driven Direct Sales Ambassadors to promote its digital banking products and drive retail deposit mobilization.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent (Deposit Mobilization) located in Lagos. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining services and products, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The agent will work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure effective deposit mobilization and provide feedback to improve future campaigns and strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and onboard customers to the bank’s digital channels (mobile app, USSD, internet banking).Drive deposit mobilization of up to ₦10 million monthly and open 100 new accounts monthly.Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.Convert leads into active, transacting users.Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience.RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree and completion of NYSC.Prior sales experience (especially in financial services) is an added advantage.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Tech-savvy and goal-oriented.What’s on OfferCompetitive pay with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.Career growth in a fast-growing financial institution.
