Direct Sales Division Director

ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop & execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.Work with Center/ Department to make proposal and sales campaigns to increase sales performance.Accurately forecast future sales and propose sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the financial consumer marketplace.Attend key meetings with members of sales team to update and drive sales activities.Work closely with other Division Directors in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the company and the satisfaction of customer.Network with other potential partners in order to generate new business initiatives for the company.Train, coach employees, deliver training solutions that meet business needs and improve performance of sales teams.Undertake other tasks assigned by CEO & BODQualificationsBachelor Degree, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas Knowledge of Consumer Finance is a plusAt least 10-years’ experiences in Consumer Finance, in which at least 07-years’ experiences at managerial position nationwide with over 1.000 salesman.Advanced knowledge of direct sales model is required. Excellent capability for organizing and operating the nationwide network.Knowledge of the contribution to product development/business program to achieve sales growth.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teamOrganizing, supervising, planning, problem-solving and prioritizing worAbility to work under high pressure and regularly travel across the nationInfluency in English and Vietnamese.
