Zepto Café extends our commitment to convenience, featuring a curated menu of over 200 fresh items.Role: Director - Employee Relations/ Industrial RelationsStakeholder Management/ Problem Solving/Key Understanding of Manpower Dynamics/ Liasoning with Govt officials , Labour LawsLocation: BengaluruReporting to: SD Ops StrategyCore Areas: Industrial relations and employee relations to be maintained as per the guidelines and the purview of the law. Knowledge of labour law and compliance.Qualification: MBA-HR or any HR-related specialization.Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources preferably from warehouse and supply chain background. Experience in blue collar workforce management is preferred. Specific experience with ER/IR is a prerequisite. Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver:Collaborate with the city teams and HR team to maintain a positive and compliant workplace by handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, managing conflicts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policiesConflict resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, mediating conflicts and resolving grievances in a timely and effective manner.Investigations: Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent processes.Legal compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies by staying updated on legal changes and providing guidance to management.Policy and procedure: Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating workplace policies, procedures, and programs related to employee conduct and relations.Risk mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to prevent future employee relations issues and mitigate legal exposure.Training and development: Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and other employee relations topics.Employee engagement: Implement initiatives such as surveys, feedback channels, and recognition programs to promote a positive and engaged workforce.
