The role focuses on developing and executing business strategies, fostering key client relationships, and ensuring alignment between commercial and financial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and support the COO in shaping and executing the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.Lead overall business direction and ensure effective, streamlined processes across functions.Develop and implement growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, acquisitions, and new offerings.Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth.Lead negotiations for contracts and partnerships to secure favorable terms.Analyze business and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.Prepare and manage annual budgets, revenue, and cost targets to meet business goals.Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial sustainability.Provide regular financial analysis and reports to management and the Board.Ensure alignment across business units for seamless execution of development and financial plans.Experience 15+ years of experience in business development, finance, or strategy roles within security solutions, facilities management sectors.Strong track record in revenue growth, partnerships, and financial planning.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
