We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills & CompetenciesProven experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams, with a consistent record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.Deep understanding of the financial services sector in Southeast Asia, including Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management markets.Expertise in consultative (needs-based) solution selling and closing complex deals with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and business units.Strong organizational, planning, and leadership abilities, with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales strategy execution.Professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in a Southeast Asian language is a significant advantage.EducationA bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop the Financial Institutions (FI) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Relationship Manager (RM) team across Southeast Asia.Drive and exceed team sales targets by selling and cross-selling Moody’s solutions to existing accounts and reinforcing the company’s value proposition to retain and expand client relationships.Manage and accurately forecast the regional sales pipeline, providing regular updates and actionable insights to senior management.Coach team members to enhance their sales and relationship management skills, while onboarding new hires with an emphasis on Moody’s value proposition.Foster collaboration among the RM team, sales specialists, solution specialists, and industry practice leads to maximize opportunities and advance deals to closure.Build and nurture relationships with senior executives at key accounts, including C-suite decision-makers, to solidify Moody’s as their trusted partner.Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends in Southeast Asia, sharing insights with internal teams to inform strategic priorities.Represent Moody’s competitive advantages clearly and persuasively, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.About The TeamJoin a dynamic and high-performing sales team that drives growth by fostering strong client relationships across the Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions sectors in Southeast Asia.
