Sales Executive – Dirty MannersSalary: Up to SGD 4,000/month + commission Location: Singapore (with travel)About the CompanyDirty Manners is a contemporary functional clothing brand based in Singapore. We design refined garments using utilitarian performance fabrics - built to move seamlessly between city and outdoors.About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll lead sales outreach, manage buyer relationships, and drive market expansion across Asia-Pacific and Europe.This role combines strategic market development, wholesale sales, and operational follow-through.What You’ll DoSales & Account Development: Drive sales growth by securing new wholesale accounts and strengthening existing relationships Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting premium retailers across key markets Present collections to buyers (showroom, digital appointments, pop-ups)Actively nurture relationships with agents, distributors, and retail partners.Oversee e-commerce operations including Shopify store management, product listings, inventory updates, and online customer inquiriesMarket Activation: Lead market entry strategies for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and European markets Plan and execute community events to build brand awareness and drive retail partnerships Develop sales strategies tailored to each market’s unique characteristics and buying behaviours Coordinate with local distributors and agents for regional expansionOperational Excellence: Manage order tracking, shipping coordination, and issue resolution.Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.Follow up on inquiries, payments, and logistics with precision and ownership.What We’re Looking ForCore Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in sales (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred) Self-starter with strong prospecting skills and relentless drive to hit targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential for China market expansion)Strong interest in fashion, sustainability, and outdoor lifestyleWhy Join Us?Be part of a high-growth fashion start-up where your work directly drives international expansion Lead market development with significant autonomy.Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with real ownership.Travel opportunities to key markets for on-ground development.If you’re energised by building relationships, opening new markets, and seeing the results of your work in real time, we’d like to meet you.For any additional questions, please reach out to contact@dirtymanners.com
