Hybrid onsite in Midtown, New York (Tues & Wed)Director, Media Analytics & Customer Success (Advanced Quantitative)A hybrid NYC-based role, the Director of Media Analytics & Customer Success leads analytics strategy across the full lifecycle of media campaigns, from planning and testing to performance measurement. This client-facing position bridges data strategy with business outcomes, delivering insights that inform investment across search, social, programmatic, video, and TV channels.Key Responsibilities:Oversee analytics strategy, media measurement frameworks, and campaign testing plans.Act as a senior advisor to clients, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.Analyze media performance across touchpoints, devices, geographies, and creative executions.Support advanced reporting using tools like Tableau, Datorama, SQL, and Excel.Integrate 1st/3rd party, web, and research data to refine marketing strategy.Manage and mentor a team of two analysts, setting goals and conducting reviews.Qualifications:7+ years in marketing or media analytics, including digital, TV, and video; agency experience preferred.Proficient in statistical testing, A/B and lift analysis, MMM/MTA methodologies, and SQL.Highly Skilled in Tableau, Datorama AND other BI tools; familiarity with Google/Adobe Analytics is a plus.Strong communicator able to present insights to executive-level stakeholders.Compensation:Salary range: $135,000–$150,000 with competitive benefits.Occasional travel (up to 10%) required.Visa sponsorship not available.
