This position reports to the Vice President of Brand Marketing and takes Away further by leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Retail, Wholesale/B2B, Creative, Partnerships/Social, Merchandising, and Product to ensure cohesive storytelling across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints while delivering measurable business outcomes.In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position will also oversee the partnerships and channel marketing team.What you’ll do as the Director, Brand & Integrated MarketingBrand & Commercial StrategyYou’ll develop and oversee a holistic brand marketing strategy that drives awareness, brand equity, and market shareYou’ll build GTM frameworks for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and market expansion - ensuring alignment with sales, retail, and ecommerce objectivesYou’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Retail, and Product teams to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities to meet sales projectionsYou’ll lead the marketing strategy for wholesale partners (Amazon, Nordstrom), ensuring strong sell-in, sell-through, and brand presentationYou’ll lead and mentor a team of brand & retail marketers and a retail visual designer, fostering an inspiring, collaborative, and high-performing cultureYou’ll present marketing plans, forecasts, and post-campaign analysis to leadership and key stakeholdersIntegrated Campaign DevelopmentYou’ll own the planning and execution of fully integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, including retail activations, digital marketing, PR, influencer, and partnershipsYou’ll oversee the creative briefing process to ensure messaging, visuals, and storytelling align with brand positioning and commercial goalsYou’ll partner with Growth Marketing to ensure upper-funnel brand campaigns drive measurable lower-funnel resultsYou’ll act as the bridge between creative, digital, retail, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of initiativesYou’ll leverage consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence to shape strategy & positioningYou’ll maintain a deep understanding of the customer, their evolving needs and preferences, and the competitive landscape to craft compelling strategies that attract new customers and deepen the loyalty of existing customersChannel Growth & Retail/Wholesale MarketingYou’ll collaborate with retail teams on in-store activations, point-of-sale marketing, and promotional strategiesYou’ll build co-marketing programs with wholesale partners to amplify launches and seasonal initiativesYou’ll evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing strategies, adjusting for performance and market trendsYou’ll analyze campaign performance and retail/wholesale sell-through, applying learnings to future initiativesWho You AreYou have a minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or GTM strategy, preferably in consumer, retail or lifestyle industriesYou have a proven track record of building and executing successful GTM campaigns that drive measurable sales growthYou have strong experience in retail and wholesale marketing, including co-op programs and partner negotiationsYou have exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership skillsYou have expertise in developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, retail, influencer, PR, partnerships)You are commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesYou have experience with premium or lifestyle brandsYou have a strong network with retail partners, media, or agenciesYou have experience with global markets and international GTM strategiesYou are a strong leader with a process-driven mindset who is confident in cultivating and developing talent —someone who people want to learn from, work with, and are inspired byYou are an effective cross-functional leader and are adept at working with your peers across growth, media, creative, PR, and merchandisingYou are customer-obsessed—you understand our customers and how to speak to them at every point of the marketing funnelYou obsess over how our brand shows up and have exceptionally high personal and team standardsYou have exceptional budget management capabilities—with laser-sharp budget allocation and optimization, and the ability to build the business case for spendYou thrive in a fast-paced environment—agile and nimble in both leadership and executionYou’re creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brandYou’re agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environmentYou’re passionate about transforming travel for all (but that’s a given!)Excited to join the team, but not sure you meet all of the qualifications?
