Director, Brand Strategy and Client PartnershipsLocation: Pune, India, in office at WeWork FuturaWork hours: Monday to Friday, standard India daytime hoursCompensation: ₹25 to ₹35 LPA base with performance bonus tied to client satisfaction, retention, and campaign outcomesEmployment type: Full time, on site.Relocation: Support available. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in India.Service reminder: even when a tactic or extra revision is not spelled out in the contract, the goal is to keep enterprise clients happy so they renew and expand. This role exists to make that happen.Why this role existsWe manage about $1M in brand contracts for enterprise US clients. You will be the senior marketer who turns client goals and market signals into clear, creative campaign plans across social, search, content, influencer, SEO, and paid partnerships. You will lead a small team to execute, keep the work on voice and on brief, and you will be the face the client trusts.What you will doOwn the client portfolio for enterprise US brands with annual retainers starting near 150K USD.Lead strategy: turn briefs, market trends, and community insights into integrated campaign plans with clear hypotheses, messaging, channels, and measurement.Package and sell the right mix of services: social forum engagements, SEO, paid amplification, content, email, and influencer where appropriate.Write creative briefs and partner with copy, design, and community specialists to produce on‑brand assets.Present to clients: align on strategy, gain approvals, handle feedback, and keep momentum.Oversee execution by a small team that manages day‑to‑day posts and comments. Step in hands on when needed.Quality control: protect brand voice, product naming, and compliance before anything goes live.Measure and optimize: define KPIs, build lightweight dashboards, and report weekly insights that clients can act on.Grow accounts: identify expansion opportunities and draft scopes that clients want to buy.Contain issues quickly when something goes off brief, then fix the root cause so it does not repeat.Out of scopeHands‑on ad buying in Meta or GoogleOwning media budgets end to endHiring new headcountWhat you bring5 plus years in agencies that serve US clients, including time on enterprise accounts. Build one campaign hypothesis per client with a simple KPI tree and test plan.Days 31 to 60: Launch at least one integrated pilot per client. Standardize creative briefs, calendars, and reporting.Days 61 to 90: Present learnings and next‑quarter roadmap.
