Change Team Leader (M/F/D) Tasks:Experienced Change Management team leader with 10-15 years minimum experience and successful track record of managing diverse cross-functional business, consulting and system integrator teams, including virtual team membersStrategic planning and leadership skills to establish and lead a Change Management workstream in a large-scale technology program environmentAbility to drive change management execution in a dispersed and matrixed global organizationAbility to engage impactfully at senior stakeholder levels, and provide change management leadership coaching as required (for example Senior IT and Head of Global Line Function stakeholders)Interested in 1-2 years minimum assignment durations Qualification:Working in technology driven projects or programs, for example SAP, Workday, Veeva, etc., (mandatory)Working in Change Management (mandatory)Working in Pharmaceuticals (preferred); especially Global Drug Development/ Clinical Operations experience (distinct advantage)Working on AI or Machine Learning technology (preferred)Change Management certification required – Prosci or ACMP preferredIdeally a post-graduate degree in business, psychology, change management, organization development, communications or similarOperates and partners credibly within a technology and business process-led program teamEffective problem solver, identifying and managing project issues and risks, as requiredSuccessful track record in applying consulting tools and solutions to solve complex business problemsWillingness to align to Change Management frameworkExcellent written and verbal communicationExcellent general business acumenLanguage: Native/ fluent English Requirements: Start: 01.01.2026Duration: 12 months + extension possibleCapacity: 5 days per weekLocation: Remote (Location preferences: UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Barcelona, Hyderabad)
