If you have a strong leadership and sales background, value business partnerships, and want to work in a culture built on curiosity, ownership, collaboration and customer focus — this role presents an exceptional opportunity.Your role:Your responsibilities as a Director will include:· Be bold and curious – identify and pursue new business opportunities, push beyond the obvious, and experiment with fresh approaches to expand the client portfolio. Fee generation and headcount accountability for designated locations(s) or specialisms. Hire, train, develop and retain the best people to drive productivity and growth· Own the outcomes – establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, negotiate B2B contracts with integrity, and see initiatives through to delivery.· Be better together – collaborate with the HAYS delivery team, share knowledge, and represent the organization at networking events to build stronger connections. Support the implementation and commitment to company initiatives and strategic priorities. Drive a meritocratic, inclusive culture· Champion the customer – understand client needs, align solutions, and proactively drive value through cross-selling and strategic engagement.Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience:Typically, 3-7 headcount responsibility, may still have personal fee responsibilitiesProven track record in recruitment delivery, people development and managementAbility and gravitas to lead from the front, inspire and gain commitment to visionExcellent communication skills; able to influence and inspireExperience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectivesWhat you will get:We offer a base salary range of $78,750-$99,750 plus bonus/commissionsHybrid/flexible schedule.PTO starting at 22 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days.
