Director Controlling & FP&ALocation: MunichOur client is seeking a highly motivated Director Controlling & FP&A to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across a fast-growing, international healthcare group. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while optimising financial strategies to support long-term business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.Collaborate with senior leadership to create financial models that support strategic initiatives.Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for top management.Oversee group-wide forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to enable informed decision-making.Implement best practices to enhance financial processes and systems.Your Profile:Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience in a senior finance role, ideally within FP&A.Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis & forecasting.Proven leadership skills in team management and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent analytical abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex financial data.Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate strategy.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).What's on Offer:Fast-paced, dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional and personal growth.Close collaboration with top executives, industry leaders, and experienced professionals.A high-impact role where your contributions directly shape business success.
