Director Data Analytics

Our global market-leading client is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to spearhead a group-wide global transformation initiative. YOUR ROLEDefine and execute a global insights and analytics vision that drives commercial excellence and business impact.Develop a harmonized set of commercial KPIs, combining CRM, market, and financial data into a single source of truth.Lead the implementation of reporting and dashboard frameworks (Power BI) to provide transparency and guidance at all levels of the organization.Partner with cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, digital, and IT, to ensure consistent data integration and governance.Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform pricing, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.Foster a data-driven culture, empowering regional and business unit teams to make smarter, evidence-based decisions.YOUR PROFILEA senior data, analytics, or performance leader (7–12 years’ experience) with a strong commercial understanding.Experienced in building analytics frameworks and embedding insight-driven decision-making across large, complex organizations.Adept at working with executive stakeholders as well as technical data teams, bridging strategy and delivery.Skilled in Power BI or similar analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python, R).A strong communicator who can turn complexity into clarity and influence across functions.Experience within global or regulated environments is a plus, but not required.Fluent in English WHY JOINShape a global commercial transformation that’s already underway, with strong executive sponsorship and momentum.Operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and business performance in a highly visible role.Build something lasting, a harmonized performance backbone that defines how success is measured globally.Interested?If you’re passionate about turning data into commercial insight and want to drive global impact in a complex, international setting, we’d love to hear from you.
