This leader will act as a trusted advisor and quality authority across strategic programs, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-sales through go-live and beyond, aligned with SAP’s cloud transformation strategy.In this role, you will lead initiatives to improve delivery standards, promote methodology adoption, de-risk engagements, and guide key programs to successful outcomes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, acting as a change agent and value enabler across SAP's cloud services portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & Quality OversightLead delivery assurance across strategic programs and accounts, ensuring execution against SAP Activate and RISE methodologiesOwn program governance reviews, quality gates, and risk mitigation plans for high-visibility engagementsAct as the regional SPOC for project quality escalation and recoveryStrategic Program SupportOversee a portfolio of SAP cloud and hybrid projects across Professional Services, Premium Engagements, and Customer Success unitsDrive consistency, early risk detection, and intervention across engagementsPartner with Services Sales and Delivery Executives to ensure projects align with customer business value and SAP success metricsMethodology, Tools & EnablementChampion the adoption of standardized tools (e.g., SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio, Solution Manager) and delivery frameworksLead enablement programs for project managers and delivery leaders on best practices, lessons learned, and quality standardsPromote delivery automation, reusable content, and process improvementsCustomer & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to customers’ executive teams during transformation initiativesGuide project teams, partners, and stakeholders through structured health checks, startup services, and quality reviewsSupport bid reviews, pre-sales quality assessments, and onboarding of strategic opportunitiesPortfolio Insights & Continuous ImprovementDrive delivery analytics, KPIs, and reporting transparency to improve forecast accuracy and risk postureLead retrospective and continuous improvement efforts to institutionalize best practicesEnable creation and promotion of customer references and success storiesWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:10–15 years of SAP project and program management experience, including large-scale cloud implementationsProven track record delivering SAP software in enterprise environments (e.g., Fortune 500)Extensive experience with SAP Activate, RISE Delivery Methodology, and SAP Cloud ALMAbility to manage and influence stakeholders across customer, partner, and internal SAP organizationsDemonstrated experience de-escalating troubled projects and ensuring delivery recoveryExcellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skillsHigh proficiency in project financials and delivery operationsStrong analytical, decision-making, and change management capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:PMP or equivalent project management certificationMaster’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fieldExperience in major systems integrators at a Director or Partner levelBilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese) a plus for coverage of Latin AmericaStrong knowledge of SAP cloud offerings including S/4HANA, BTP, and SAP Industry CloudBehavioral CompetenciesResults-oriented, with a focus on quality and customer successInfluential leadership style; leads by example and motivates cross-functional teamsComfortable with ambiguity, capable of operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsPassion for innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvementBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 151900 - 340900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
