As Director Cabin Installation, you’ll oversee and drive the execution of complex cabin installation projects. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on operations, cross-functional leadership, and high-end craftsmanship. You’ll manage a team of around 40 professionals and ensure seamless collaboration across different departments. With a focus on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process standardization, your leadership will directly impact quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and develop teams: Manage a team of approx. 40 FTEs, including aircraft managers, cabin installation technicians, and electro-technicians. Provide clear direction, coaching, and professional development.Ensure integrated project execution: Oversee coordination across cabin, B1 (mechanical/airframe), and B2 (avionics/electrical) functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Drive process standardization and improvement: Define, implement, and refine standardized processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce aircraft downtime.Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain strict adherence to aviation safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA, FAA).Manage performance and delivery: Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
