We support our teams through strong governance, comprehensive wellbeing programs, and a shared passion for delivering exceptional outcomes in veterinary care.Role OverviewThe Internal Communications Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that inform, engage, and align Associates with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The role focuses on fostering strong internal relationships, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring consistent, transparent messaging across all internal channels.Operating as a strategic advisor to leadership and functional teams, the role ensures that internal communication strengthens the culture, drives performance, and builds understanding of MVH Europe’s priorities and transformation journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Internal Communication Strategies: Leads the development of novel, best in class strategic business communications plans to communicate organizational goals, changes, and updates in a clear and engaging manner across a variety of Associate populations, ensuring that all employees are aligned with company priorities.Internal Communication Channels Management: Oversee the company’s internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, knowledge library, email updates) to ensure consistent, transparent, and effective communication across the organization. Oversight of pan-European editorial calendar.Facilitate Leadership Communication: Partner with senior leadership to ensure they effectively communicate key messages to employees, addressing concerns and aligning teams around organizational goals. Manage on-going cadence of leadership touchpoints with Associates.
