This role is responsible for shaping the company’s equity and debt market narrative, managing external relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling communications. The candidate will play a critical role in enhancing investor confidence, driving access to capital, and supporting the company’s growth strategy in the data center sector.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts Lead the preparation of earnings materials, investor decks, board presentation, and FAQs Support investor inquiries, ensuring clear and consistent communication Track investor sentiment and market feedback to guide leadership decisions Ensure consistency across investor, media, and corporate communicationsCapital Markets & Financing Support the execution of financing strategies, including equity, debt and mezzanine financing Conduct financial and strategic analysis to evaluate capital-raising opportunities Liaise with banks, underwriters, and advisors on capital markets transactions Monitor covenants, credit ratings, and benchmarks to optimize capital structureBoard & Executive Support Deliver board-level reports on capital markets activity, investor engagement, and financing optionsMarket & Peer Analysis Benchmark peers in the data center and infrastructure sectors Assess market dynamics and capital trends to anticipate opportunities and risksQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred7+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital markets, investment banking, or corporate financeStrong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and valuation methodologiesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholdersAbility to translate complex financial concepts into clear, investor-friendly messagingHigh attention to detail with strong ownership and accountabilityExperience in data centers, infrastructure, or real estate sectors is highly advantageousDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
