Siemens Mobility / Sqills B.V. is looking for an experienced (Account) Director in the Latin American Intercity Bus & Rail market to help its global growth ambitions.What will you do as an Account Director?Sqills S3 Passenger is a Software-as-a-Service solution, which is under full ownership of Siemens Mobility. Our global success is based on this state-of-the-art product in use with major European and American rail and bus operators.The (Account) Director is responsible for managing relationships with Sqills customers, ensuring retention and contract extension by empowering customers to drive their business and revenues through S3 Passenger. The role focuses on the full customer life cycle from business development to contract renewal, providing exceptional customer experiences, empowering customers to optimize their use of S3 Passenger, and driving strategic growth initiatives. The (Account) Director will report to the Chief Customer Officer.It will be your task to build up and expand a network with Latin American intercity bus and rail operators, IT system integrators and other partners to enable them to make use of the systems’ capabilities in reservations and inventory management.Essential Job FunctionsCustomer-Centric Leadership: Serve as a champion for customer-focused strategies at Sqills, ensuring customer priorities drive key decisions and actions at both strategic and operational levels.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain insightful, meaningful relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Revenue Growth: Increase (customer and Sqills) revenues by means of upsell and cross-sell with existing and new S3 Passenger modules.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans, identifying growth opportunities at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams (Service Delivery Managers, Business Consultants, Product Team, and Executive Sponsors) to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery.Governance and Value Delivery: Oversee governance and value delivery for up to 10 customers, ensuring alignment at all levels (operational, tactical, strategic) and acting as the escalation point when necessary.Strategic Leadership: Lead steering committees and strategic meetings to align customer goals with Sqills' offerings, fostering long-term partnerships. Ensure strong governance and value delivery at all levels (operational, tactical, and strategical). Empower others, stay involved/up-to-date and act as a level of escalation for Sqills.You will work on go to market strategies of the respective country / or countries (focus is Mexico, not excluding other Latin American markets) and execute those in accordance with your goals. You will be guided and supported by the Sqills sales team in the Netherlands and Germany. Within Mexico, you will have colleagues and infrastructure from the local country organizations of Siemens Mobility.We are looking for someone with…We are looking for a mature (Account) Director with hands-on experience helping clients by defining sustainable solutions for complex challenges. You understand market and consumer trends in the intercity bus market / rail transport and build a deep understanding of our clients’ business as well as our SaaS product. We are open to welcome colleagues with a background in the relevant industries but are also open to backgrounds in airlines or distribution platforms / IT providers close to that.
