Operational and strategical lead of all regional logistics activities. Develop and implement the regional logistics strategy in alignment with the company strategy (BU, OPS, Regional Head, Global Logistics, etc.). Responsible for the regional logistics organization and the development. Foster continuous improvements with regards to efficiency, costs and quality of logistics processes. Support logistics supplier development and customer relation. Ensure achievement of defined Logistics KPIs and project targetsQualifications . Master or Dipl. Ing in business / logistics or similar qualification. 10 Years business experience, minimum 5 Years working in a leading position. Automotive business. Project & process management. Management experiences leading personnel. Professional English skills . Work experience with ERP-Systems as SAP (SD, MM, PP, …) and/or Aurora. MS Office (especially very good Excel skills).
