This is a strategic leadership role, accountable for optimizing operational performance and technical capabilities across JSK OU Bottlers. In this capacity, you will design and execute JSK OU system’s technology vision, creating competitive advantage through introducing cutting-edge technology.To achieve this, you will collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team and senior system stakeholders to design and lead transformational initiatives across the Manufacturing & Engineering area via platforms like BM2VC and Factory of the Future. In parallel, you will orchestrate Logistics, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives within a network organization, working closely with the Quality & Sustainability team across the system.Throughout this work, you will influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization while steering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.What You’ll Do For UsBusiness Strategy & Technology MappingTranslate complex technical data insights into actionable strategies that support JSK OU business direction and deliver measurable economic impact.Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively position the system ahead of market challenges.Technology Program & Portfolio ManagementEstablish and drive productivity projects pipeline related to technical advancement, follow-up on implementation with bottling partners on committed projects, timeframe and expected results, including providing engineering expertise to steward work.Collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders (including GDI, RTE, Global Supply Chain & suppliers) to identify best practices, break through innovation to enable productivity and enable path to implementation across the JSK OU bottling system.Work with finance, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to determine the best vendors and distributors as potential productivity gains.Technical Assessment & Decision SupportGuide senior leaders through complex technical assessments to enable informed, high-impact decisions, including investments and risk assessment in new technologies and operational changes.Sponsor business case development with bottler for large-scale technical and supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with profitability and competitive goals.Performance Management & GovernanceSponsor KPIs that measure productivity impact, operational success, and strategic alignment.Align and be accountable for the productivity delivery with BottlersGTEC Stakeholder EngagementRepresent JSK OU in global GTEC system forums, bringing forward regional successes, challenges, and opportunitiesQualification & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing or related discipline required10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Technical Operations, Innovation, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing,Proven capability in identifying and driving enterprise efficiency and productivity.Proven record of leading enterprise-wide technical programs that drove transformational operational and financial results.Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, influence strategy, and successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments.Advanced knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, equipment, supply chain economics, and industry best practices.Strong financial acumen, relevant investments initiatives and budgets.Influencing and negotiation skills, able to lead across organizational boundaries without direct reporting lines.Track record of fostering innovation, technical excellence, and sustainability initiatives within a large-scale supply chain.What We Can Do For YouPurpose Driven: Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.
