Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hickory, NC, for a Director of Accounts Receivable. The Director of Accounts Receivable will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of accounts receivable, managing cash collection, billing accuracy, and finance-related initiatives. The role requires the development and implementation of strategies to improve collections, manage revenue cycles, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Team leadership and collaboration with multiple departments will be key for operational success in financial performance and accountability.
