            The Affiliate/Growth Director will aid in expanding the Affiliate/Growth division at Autumn Communications, leading and building out a team of 3-5 individuals (senior manager- coordinator level), focused primarily on supporting clients’ affiliate-driven influencer strategies & performance PR efforts. The Affiliate/Growth Director will lead client relationships, develop client strategies and oversee internal teams executing strategies to aid in meeting clients’ business goals. The ideal candidate is an established leader with strong industry knowledge and relationships, respected by senior clients and has a proven track record that demonstrates team growth by leading, maintaining and winning new business.Key Areas of Responsibility: Craft affiliate-driven influencer & performance PR strategies to complement traditional affiliate, paid influencer and PR tactics and support client-led goals & challenges.Oversee teams in executing strategies in alignment with client objectives; identify and resolve when strategies aren’t working or situations change.Develop & strengthen relationships with priority influencer contacts and commerce editors to maximize partnership potential and success for clients.Demonstrate commitment to industry, agency and clients by mastering industry knowledge and trends, understanding and clients’ business. Serve as senior point of contact for clients; ensuring quality work from the team in order to meet/exceed expectations and maintain client retention. Also act as the escalation point for any client concerns/issues that may come up.Refine measurement framework & best practices for affiliate-driven influencer & performance PR scopes.Effectively and regularly communicate with internal team members across PR and Talent & Creator divisions.Support business development efforts, participate in RFPs and pitches, positioning Autumn Communications’ Affiliate/Growth division as an agile channel to support client goals.Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, assigned client’s business, products, industry and competitive landscape. Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior staff by managing the review process of all direct reports.Skills & Abilities: Excellent organization, written and verbal skills Significant experience in professional client relationship managementEffective team management capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProven history of leading team and driving resultsSelf-starter mentality Requirements:8-10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving client goals.Experience with major affiliate networks such as Awin, Commission Junction, Impact, Pepperjam and Rakuten.Knowledge in onboarding & working with affiliate influencer-driven platforms such as Impact Creator, ShopMy and LTK.Demonstrated ability to pitch eCommerce editors to secure placements.Deep understanding of the intersection of affiliate, PR and influencer marketing.Strong analytics skills with experience in competitive analysis and content audits.Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of industry best practices to best serve our clients and drive performance.
