ResponsibilitiesManage and own an enterprise and mid-market account list, and develop account plans for winning new business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry insights. Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at prospective users. Represent the company at events, conferences, and roundtables to strengthen regional presence and brand visibility. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring successful implementation. Lead commercial negotiations to increase ARR and market share. Build a strong ecosystem of relationships with investors, advisors, consulting firms, technology partners, and industry associations. Work with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Pre-Sales, Product, and Engineering) to lead client product workshops, develop client business proposals, and help manage client POC projects. Establish the commercial foundations in Singapore/APAC including tools, playbooks, KPIs, and reporting. Who You AreYou are an accomplished sales professional with a deep understanding of the private markets space and a proven track record in B2B FinTech sales. You excel at building relationships, navigating complex sales processes, and delivering value to sophisticated clients. You have an in-depth understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and can lead a multi-stakeholder sale in a structured and consultative manner. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You are motivated and excited by owning the sales cycle end-to-end, have exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. You are excited to help 73 Strings scale its category leading position in the industry.Minimum Requirements6–10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or commercial roles—ideally in SaaS, FinTech, private markets, or data/analytics. Strong record of success both building and closing client pipelines in excess of $1,000,000 per annum. Deep understanding of private markets and the challenges faced by private capital. Familiarity with portfolio valuation and monitoring tools. Strong presentation skills, especially for face-to-face meetings with executive stakeholders. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at influencing decision-makers. Highly entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy building from zero, experimenting, and scaling. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with market leading CRM software and sales tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a high growth scale-up environment.
