This role is ideal for a seasoned, self-motivated professional with extensive experience in the experiential space, a keen commercial acumen, and a relentless drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across key verticals. This individual would be as comfortable in a pitch room as they would be mining prospects on LinkedIn or collaborating internally to bring ideas to life.Responsibilities Own and drive new business strategy across target categories: technology, automotive, sports, and emerging sectorsBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, and agency partnershipsCultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with client-side decision-makers (CMOs, event marketing and event brand directors, procurement)Craft compelling, customized pitch materials and lead the end-to-end RFP and proposal processIdentify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary agencies, platforms, or production vendorsWork closely with internal teams — including creative, strategy, and production — to align new opportunities with the agency's capabilities and ambitionsRepresent the agency at industry events, conferences, and brand summitsContribute to the development of thought leadership and marketing content that supports new business effortsGotta Have10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client leadership within experiential, brand activation, or integrated marketing agenciesA deep network of contacts across key sectors, especially tech and automotiveYou are a natural relationship builder with strong emotional intelligence and presenceEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and persuasionProven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals.
