As we expand, we’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to lead our commercial strategy and elevate our market presence.Role: Business Development DirectorSalary: 80 – 100k + exceptional bonus + bensLocation: Remote with travelAs our Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team, including Business Development Managers and SDRs. You will shape our demand generation strategy, build strong market positioning, and develop a scalable, predictable sales engine.This is a senior, strategic role for a commercially minded leader who thrives in B2B environments and has a track record of selling service-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of Business Development Managers and SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture.Own and deliver the commercial growth strategy, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.Drive end-to-end demand generation activities, optimising channels, campaigns, and outbound initiatives.Build and refine scalable sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline management frameworks.Collaborate with Marketing to create integrated campaigns that align with commercial goals.Develop compelling value propositions for service-based solutions, tailored to client needs.Represent the company at senior level with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.Manage key accounts, major deals, and high-value commercial negotiations.About YouYou are a strategic, results-oriented sales leader with the passion and capability to drive significant revenue growth. You combine leadership excellence with strong B2B sales experience, particularly within service-led solution environments.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally as a Business Development Director, Head of Sales, or similar.Experience managing and developing teams of BDMs and SDRs.Strong track record in B2B sales, closing high-value service-based solution deals.Demonstrated expertise in demand generation and outbound sales strategy.Highly analytical with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to influence at board level and build trusted senior relationships.
