Director of Business Development

We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and expand the presence in the Serbian market. You will be responsible for building a strong partner network, driving B2B and B2C sales, and leading marketing initiatives to position 1Click as a leading e-commerce and BNPL platform.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.Build and maintain partnerships with retail and online merchants.Identify new market opportunities and lead negotiations with key partners.Oversee marketing campaigns and brand positioning in coordination with external agencies.Collaborate with product and risk teams to align business and financial goals.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or financial services.Strong understanding of installment sales models, consumer financing, or credit mechanisms.Proven track record in B2B partnership development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficient in EnglishIf you are passionate about innovation in e-commerce & BNPL and want to help shape a new market concept — we would love to meet you.
