The role focuses on positioning Microland’s capabilities in Managed Network Services, cloud transformation, automation, and digital workplace solutions to enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business AcquisitionIdentify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities across DACH.Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with Microland’s EMEA growth objectives.Global Delivery Model UnderstandingArticulate Microland’s global delivery capabilities and value proposition to clients.Ensure seamless engagement between regional sales and global delivery teams.Market DevelopmentBuild strong CXO-level relationships in target industries (Manufacturing, Automotive, BFSI, Healthcare).Position Microland as a trusted partner for digital transformation and managed services.Sales LeadershipOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure.Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions.Revenue & Pipeline ManagementAchieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.Thought LeadershipRepresent Microland at industry forums, analyst briefings, and client events in the DACH region.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 12+ years in IT services sales, with at least 5 years in DACH enterprise market.Expertise: Managed services, cloud, automation, and digital workplace solutions.Global Delivery Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of GSI operating models and offshore/nearshore delivery frameworks.Language: Fluent in English (mandatory); German proficiency highly desirable.Network: Strong CXO-level relationships in target industries.Competencies: Strategic selling, consultative approach, negotiation, and stakeholder management.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary & Bonus.Travel and client engagement expenses as per company policy.Why Join Us?We are a leading global, AI-first, platform-led technology infrastructure services company recognized for making digital infrastructure resilient and autonomous.Exceptional commission structure and significant earning potential.The opportunity to directly impact company growth by bringing in flagship new clients.Work with cutting-edge AIOps and cloud technologies.(EEO) Microland is an equal opportunity employer.
