DescriptionNature and ScopeCeriFi seeks an experienced Director of Content Management to lead content creators and subject matter experts across one or more of our premier financial education brands, specifically securities licensing and insurance pre-licensing with Pass Perfect. This leader will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of learners and clients in the securities and insurance licensing sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of content writers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Partner with cross-functional product teams—including strategy, platform, and instructional design—to support the successful development and delivery of high-quality learning solutions.Translate customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory updates into clear content priorities and actionable product roadmaps.Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and product effectiveness.Communicate delivery of content strategies, updates, and results effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders.Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all content aligns with the strategic goals of our clients and the learners they serve.Collaborate with the Customer Success team and engage directly with clients as needed to gather insights and ensure satisfaction.Manage regulatory requirements with state and federal agencies that require content approval and learning oversight.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, education, product management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in content or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams.Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred. Preferred SkillsProven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated success in customer-centric product development.Passion for education and a deep commitment to learner success.Familiarity with securities and insurance licensing content or regulatory environments is a plus.Ability to meet requirements for insurance program administrators in all states (2-5 years of experience in running training programs, insurance degree or designation such as CLU, FLMI)
