Job ScopeProvide strategic leadership for Human Resources, Administration, and ICTOversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.Lead Learning & Development initiatives to build organizational capability and leadership pipelines.Administer and optimize employee benefits programs to attract, engage, and retain talent.Manage administrative services and ICT operations to support property development activities.Ensure budget discipline, resource optimization, and KPI monitoring to drive business growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.10–15 years of senior leadership experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Corporate Services.Proven track record in the real estate or property development industry.Strong ability to manage diverse, project-based teams and cross-functional operations.Excellent skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and communication, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of real estate development organizations.
