That’s where you come in.The RoleWe’re hiring an Account Success Lead to head up our client experience team. This is a leadership role combining strategic oversight, direct client engagement, and team development. You’ll manage our Account Managers, refine internal processes, and serve as the point of contact for high-impact accounts.If you’ve worked in client success or account management at a fitness-focused SaaS company—or in a role supporting gyms, studios, or franchise systems—you’ll hit the ground running here. Familiarity with fitness and wellness industry dynamics is a major advantage.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop a team of Account ManagersOwn client retention, satisfaction, and performance metrics across a growing portfolioServe as the escalation point for high-value or at-risk accountsWork cross-functionally to implement client feedback and improve onboarding, adoption, and renewal processesBuild strong relationships with studio owners, operators, and senior stakeholdersEnsure consistency in how we support clients—at scaleYou Might Be a Great Fit If:You’ve held an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Client Services role at a company serving fitness studios, wellness franchises, or multi-location operatorsYou’ve supported client relationships involving SaaS tools, CRM integrations, or marketing automationYou’ve led a team or played a key role in scaling a client success functionYou understand the pace and personality of the fitness and wellness world—and love working with business ownersYou’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
