You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape our technology roadmap. This is a leadership role where technical expertise, people management, and strategic thinking go hand-in-hand.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and growth.Drive technical strategy and architecture for web and backend systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Participate in hands-on coding and code reviews, mentoring team members and promoting best practices.Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Manage resource planning, hiring, and onboarding for the engineering team.Monitor and improve system performance, security, and code quality.Skills & Qualifications10–12 years of professional experience in software development with progressive leadership responsibilities.Strong experience in full-stack development:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare) and CI/CD pipelines.Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and scalable web applications.Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Experience with DevOps, automated testing, and monitoring tools is a plus.PreferredExperience in AI/ML-enabled applications or SaaS products.Previous experience as a technical lead or engineering manager in a startup environment.Why Join UsOpportunity to lead a talented engineering team and make a direct impact on product strategy.Work on cutting-edge technology and scalable systems.Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.
