Director of Engineering

We are looking for a Director of Engineering Director of Engineering is overall in charge of maintenance operations of hotel facilities, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, emergency power system, and other related equipment in accordance with guest service, preventive maintenance and energy conservation standards and programs. As a Director of Engineering, we rely on you to: Manages departmental operations expenses and prepare for annual budget & Capex, Ensure hotel ‘s facilities are MEP system in good working condition to support daily operation, Establish a n d imple m ent p re v entive mai n t e n a n c e p r o g ram to a c hi e v e hig h er relia b ility a n d serv i c e a bil i t y of hotel f a ciliti e s, P l a n and imp l e m e nt p r o je c t s t o impro v e p l a n t e f f i c ie n c y and r e d u c e o t h er ope r a ti n g & maint e n a n c e c o s ts, Ensures systema t ic and co s t -effective pro c ess of o perating, m a i ntai n i n g, a n d upgr a ding of a s se t s, Ide n tifies h a z ards & p ote n tial s a f e ty c o nc e r ns and be accountable for Fire Life Safety in hotel, Ensures compliance with international standards and local authority requirement, To conduct training programs for team members in accordance with the requirement of Engineering Services Manual and Fire Life Safety Manual, Conduct Engineering and Fire Life Safety audits Perf o rm o t h er duti e s a n d r e s po n s i bili t ies as o u t l i n ed in t h e Engi n e e ri n g Se r v i c es Man u a l and Fire L ife Safety M a nu a l o r a s dir e c ted by t h e G e n e r a l Manager We Are Looking For Someone Who Degree in Engineering or relevant Minimum of five (5) years with advanced knowledge of building management/engineering experience in hospitality industry Hands on experience in hotel operations, repair and maintenance; Strong understanding of building life safety system and energy management systems.
